Schools may choose to describe up to two additional pieces of information about how their school is supporting students. These self-reported indicators are not factored into school accountability calculations but provide the opportunity for schools to highlight successful programs or practices in addition to the indicators included in school accountability.


PLC Optimization

a. Our teachers continue to optimize their work in PLC teams. b. We continue to follow our PLC schedule on ‘late-start Mondays’ and base our work on the DuFour Model of PLC. c. Partly due to our PLC’s expert choice of Power Standards, Common Formative Assessments, and focus on the 4 Guiding Questions, our ASPIRE data was significantly improved over the previous year SAGE data in all categories. d. PLC teacher leaders are using a new format in OneNote to provide better documentation.


Highland Market & Family Support

a. Growth and optimization of a substantial food pantry for non-perishables and hygiene items. b. Development of a substantial clothing section of the Highland Market. c. Continued implementation of our ‘fresh food days’. d. Continued development and implementation of family support services.
