Schools may choose to describe up to two additional pieces of information about how their school is supporting students. These self-reported indicators are not factored into school accountability calculations but provide the opportunity for schools to highlight successful programs or practices in addition to the indicators included in school accountability.
At Lehi High School, we strive to provide opportunities for student to take college level courses. During the 2019-2020 school year, 42 additional AP tests given. Concurrent Enrollment student enrollment increased by 161 students with 3 additional course offerings.
During the 2019-2020 school year Lehi High School provided student internships offerings for an additional 26 students. These students were able to get experience in a field of study which they hope to pursue once graduated. We were able to offer additional classes which provided the opportunity for students to participate in an additional pathway. Pathway completers increased by 7 additional students from the previous year. To become a pathway completer, a student must take 3 credits in one area of study.
